Đào Tạo Giảng Viên: Siêu Âm Nâng Cao và Kỹ Thuật Buttonhole Trong Thận Nhân Tạo

Từ ngày 31/03/2026 đến 03/04/2026, iMEP Việt Nam đã tổ chức thành công khóa đào tạo chuyên sâu “Train-the-Trainers: Advanced Ultrasound in Hemodialysis & Buttonhole” dành cho đội ngũ bác sĩ và điều dưỡng.

Khóa học vinh dự có sự tham gia giảng dạy của chuyên gia Niel Grumiaux đến từ Nipro iMEP Bỉ, mang đến những kiến thức cập nhật và kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong lĩnh vực thận nhân tạo.

Trong suốt chương trình, học viên đã được tiếp cận cả lý thuyết và thực hành chuyên sâu về:

Ứng dụng siêu âm nâng cao trong thận nhân tạo.
Kỹ thuật tạo và duy trì đường vào mạch máu bằng phương pháp Buttonhole.

Bên cạnh đó, khóa học còn là diễn đàn để các học viên và giảng viên trao đổi kinh nghiệm lâm sàng, thảo luận những khó khăn, thách thức thường gặp trong quá trình điều trị thực tế, từ đó nâng cao hiệu quả chăm sóc và điều trị cho bệnh nhân.

Khóa đào tạo không chỉ góp phần nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn cho đội ngũ y tế mà còn đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc chuẩn hóa kỹ thuật và phát triển đội ngũ đào tạo nội bộ, hướng tới cải thiện chất lượng điều trị thận nhân tạo tại Việt Nam.

Train – the – Trainers: Advanced Ultrasound in Hemodialysis & Buttonhole

From March 31 to April 3, 2026, iMEP Vietnam successfully organized the advanced training course “Train-the-Trainers: Advanced Ultrasound in Hemodialysis & Buttonhole” for physicians and nurses.

The program was honored to feature expert instructor Niel Grumiaux from Nipro iMEP Belgium, who delivered up-to-date knowledge and shared extensive practical experience in the field of hemodialysis.

Throughout the course, participants engaged in both in-depth theoretical sessions and hands-on training, focusing on:

Advanced ultrasound applications in hemodialysis.
Techniques for creating and maintaining vascular access using the Buttonhole method.

In addition, the course served as an interactive platform for participants and faculty to exchange clinical experiences, discuss common challenges in real-world practice, and explore effective solutions—ultimately contributing to improved patient care and treatment outcomes.

This training program not only enhanced the professional competencies of healthcare staff but also played a key role in standardizing techniques and developing internal trainers, with the broader goal of improving the quality of hemodialysis treatment in Vietnam.
